Structured & Alternative Products

Structured & Alternative Products

  1. Structured Products

Based on asset-backed revenue models, State of Alpha issued investment vehicles & modules are designed to invest in sophisticated Asset-Backed Securities derived from a portfolio or pool of underlying yields — from infrastructure, real estate, healthcare, luxury commodities and hospitality assets. Built on cash flow modules and the capacity to create risk cover to free cash flows, the system enables strategic repackaging of equity and debt into levered return assets that monetise for tailor-made expansion strategies.

  2. Alternative Products

Providing a bridge to global capital market access, State of Alpha-owned investment vehicles & modules are structured for investment into specialised capital markets issuance — ranging from Convertibles of Compulsory Terms to Hybrid Debt or Equity with underlying asset-backed or futures-driven initiatives — allowing for a strategic market position for large capital requisites from corporates and sovereign / public-sector bodies.

  3. Specialised Funds & Asset Management

One of our primary market focuses is investing as a passive fund of hedge with core competent asset management & fund entities holding deep roots in global renewable energy and real estate. Instrument Library

The full instrument set behind every structured issuance.

  1. Shares & Units

Issuance to investors raises SPV capital in exchange for equity — categories of shares link income directly or indirectly to an asset, risk, or future cash flow, often carrying an ISIN and clearing-system eligibility.

  2. Actively Managed Certificates

Structured, pre-packaged market-linked investments using derivatives to gain specific asset exposure — able to replicate an index or match any asset allocation, including shares, bonds, currencies and funds.

  3. Hybrid Instruments

Preferred and Convertible Preferred Equity Certificates — a Luxembourg-favoured structure for internationally-based investors, typically treated as debt for tax purposes, redeemable or repurchasable under set conditions.

  4. Collateralised Obligations

Structured debt securities modelled on pooled portfolios of loans or debt instruments, re-securitised into tranches of Senior, Mezzanine and Junior (Equity) for institutional investors.

  5. Future Cash Flow Securities

Securities whose yield and value link to a discounted future cash flow — the SPV raises capital by issuing securities whose proceeds fund a company, third-party activity, or the future cash flow itself.

  6. Commodity-Linked Issuance

Linked directly or indirectly to natural resources — metals, energy, or the finding, forward value, or future sale of a stock of commodities, including climatic and shortage-linked risk instruments.

  7. Infrastructure & SRI

The securitisation SPV acquires rights linked to infrastructure or socially responsible investment projects — real estate, trophy assets, luxury hospitality yield, leaseholds, factories, warehouses and data centres.

  8. Financial & Derivative Markets

Assets linked to tangible or financial instruments — equity stakes, bond portfolios, derivative contracts, mutual fund units, or capital-raising instruments including CPECs and Private Equity Certificates.
